This is a senior level position responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs (specifications). Is familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Requirements:

B.S. Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Sciences or Business Management. Five to eight years experience in the I.T. environment. Knowledge of implementation methodologies. Strong analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff. Ability to multi-task working on a variety of projects at one time; each project interrupted by another or some other project of higher priority, as well as interruptions resulting from close working proximity to co-workers.  Candidate must have strong SQL and SSRS skills. Able to program in C#, javascript, ASP or VBScript. Knowledge of CSS. Preferences:

Healthcare experience or experience in related field. Working knowledge of Microsoft office products, Visio and project management software desirable. Arden Syntax programming skills
