The Client Service Representative reports to the Anatomic Pathology, Client Services Supervisor. The Client Service Representative demonstrates exceptional skills, either technical or leadership, in his/her performance of the retrieval of and directions to collect a variety of tests on blood and body fluid specimens on patients or clients in all age ranges. (S)He must be a high school graduate or equivalent and have previous clinical laboratory experience of one year or longer. Experience in customer service and CHOMP's specific testing requirements and policies and procedures specific to our laboratory is preferred. Computer data-input experience, lab or medical preferred.
